How It Works

Use Productivity Score mode to enter your total work time and the portion of that time that was genuinely productive. The calculator uses those numbers as the source of truth for your daily productivity rate, score, time lost, and productivity level.

Use Perfect End Time mode to enter your start time, billable time, productivity target, and optional unpaid break. The calculator turns those inputs into total time worked and the time you can expect to finish.

Productivity Formula

Productivity Rate = Productive Time / Total Work Time x 100

Productivity Score uses the same value and displays it out of 100. Perfect End Time uses Total Time Worked = Billable Minutes ÷ (Productivity Target ÷ 100), then adds that time to your start time.
